Since 2016, Embey Homes has been constructing a variety of residential houses throughout Manchester and Cheshire. Each home we create is entirely unique and crafted as if it were our own. Particular emphasis is placed upon thoughtful design to support the demands of contemporary family living.

We market our properties before they are built using computer generated images. Our developments are small and bespoke often leading to early reservations. Other developers may allow off-plan buyers to choose their kitchen worktops and carpets. However, we allow our buyers to design and choose virtually everything! Its like a 'self build without the stress'

We were founded by Matt Barltrop in 2016. Matt, a graduate from Nottingham Business School has always had a passion to build and has a keen eye for design. He plays a key role in every home Embey builds from land acquisition to handing over the keys!
